I found Kian through a web search for a property in the Costa Del Sol in 2021. At the same time I corresponded with other agents. Kian was by far the most helpful and independent in his feedback on purchase opportunities. We arranged a trip to the region to view a large number of properties. Kian not only made all the arrangements but also looked after us throughout the visit, ferrying us from site to site and ensuring we had quality restaurant reservations for lunch and dinner! Kian helped us enormously in assessing the pros and cons of each option and ultimately in making our final decision. We are very happy with and excited by our purchase. Kian was instrumental in finalising the purchase and has acted as a dedicated go between with the developer since the initial purchase. In summary he is a knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and above all a trustworthy agent and I have no hesitation in recommending him as indeed I already have to a number of friends! PS I recommend watching the Hi Homes videos on YouTube - they are very helpful.

Originally we wanted to buy an apartment at Mallorca. During that time we found out that the Costa del Sol might be a very nice place as well. While looking for properties we learned to know Hi Homes with Kian and Colette. From the first meeting on Colette was a very kind and unbelievable supportive person, who significantly helped us during our search for a property, that should fulfill our requirements. Eventually we found a new and very nice project at Marbella and we are very exited. The last several weeks, during the phase of preparing the Private Purchasing Contract and also now during the ongoing time of construction there are many challenges to be handled with the construction company and Colette and even Kian are very supportive, which is really a value add for us. Colette has an unbelievable working attitude and is really available 24/7. We live in Germany and are not so frequently at Marbella. Here comes an outstanding support from Hi Homes that really helps us. Despite ongoing little challenges with the construction company we are very convinced that our little project at Marbella will be finalized soon and our dream of a wonderful new home can be realized with Hi Homes Support.

Kian and the team at Hi Homes are outstanding at what they do and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Kian is knowledgeable and well- connected but above all cares about his clients and listens to them. His enthusiasm and passion for his business are infectious and he is not just a great agent but is completely genuine and a fun guy to spend time with. He not only found me a property but introduced me to equally impressive and professional partners to assist with legal and mortgage finance. I will always appreciate his dedication and commitment to helping me in every aspect of my property search and I hope we can stay in touch through the process and beyond.
